'The staff Ms. Lanita and the evening lady were really nice but I did not like the fact that everytime you needed to use the elevator you had to wait in staff to let you up. I didn’t like the fact that I was charged for a night when I checked in the next day due to flight delays because of bad weather. It’s a very outdated hotel the good thing is it’s right on the harbor and a Ruth Chris and McCormick’s is in the hotel. Would I book again??? Probably not '

'Pretty good hotel for the price. Location was awesome. The lounge/restaurant/breakfast place is a no. Super long waits and terrible food. Pass on that. The indoor pool was awesome for the kids. Altogether I would stay here again. '
