'It was a last minute trip to see family from the west coast but we used to live in Baltimore and have been to the restaurant many times in the past. We enjoyed our stay. The only complaint was that our room was not ready at 5:30 which was not acceptable. Husband made it happen because we had time contraints. '

'The staff was friendly and professional. The receptionist was having issues with the computer network and my friend and I were attending the baseball game nearby and she was kind enough to let us drop off our bags in a secure room so we wouldn’t have to wait for check-in until after we got back from the game. That was really nice and outstanding customer service. '
