'This is an amazing hotel. The staff are the best I’ve ever dealt with. Let us check in super early and we were able to sleep after our red eye for which we were very grateful. Comfortable beds and pilllows. The crab cakes at Poets are amazing!! Only issue we had was the strange up charges at breakfast. (Got charged $5 trying to not be wasteful and having them not include the eggs with breakfast.) Saw a lot more of Baltimore than we would have if we had stayed closer to the convention center. '

'Came to Inner Harbor for the night, visited the B&O Museum, Inner Harbor restaurant and Fort McHenry. Hotel location was excellent, staff was courteous and attentive, room was nice (bed is a little hard), breakfast was good. The breakfast staff was especially pleasant with their greetings and assistance.'

'The location was very convenient, safe, and quiet. You have interesting dining options like seafood, sushi, chicken, habachi in walking distance. There’s also a gas station very close if your traveling by car. There’s shopping & grocery stores all in walking distance. Only dislike is that there began to be a ton of ants on my 3rd day of stay. Which made me panic after getting comfortable in my stay'

'The staff was friendly and professional. The receptionist was having issues with the computer network and my friend and I were attending the baseball game nearby and she was kind enough to let us drop off our bags in a secure room so we wouldn’t have to wait for check-in until after we got back from the game. That was really nice and outstanding customer service. '
