'Guests in the room above ours allowed their children to run, jump and stomp around their room at all hours of the night. Hotel staff were unable to control the situation. Lost the entire night of sleep. The next morning the hotel manager was non apologetic and close to being rude. I’ve stayed in this hotel for years (family in the area) and I’m very disappointed.'

'A good hot breakfast was advertised but all they had was a bagel bar. Room had a weird humid smell. The bed smelled like stale playdoh. They charged for parking (which they did not mention before hand) despite having a huge parking lot. There were a lot of bees outside in the front parking area which should be properly maintained in case children are playing outside. 'The room was clean, the bed and pillows very comfortable, nice hot shower. However there was no hot water in bathroom sink. Breakfast was ok, would have like one of the waffle iron.'

The ability to move luggage was challenging with only two old luggage racks which were unavailable when needed. The cost of the room did not reflect in the original fee even though I requested only hotels that accepted cats. I found this to be unreasonable and poorly handled. I will not return to this hotel. $300. For one night one person was an abomination.'
