'We stayed at this newly renovated beach house for a long weekend in April. The home is big, spacious and beautifully decorated. Every bed is super comfy and we fell asleep listening to the waves. We loved the big kitchen! We had all nine beds filled and still had plenty of room and privacy. We love Milford shoreline and this home made our weekend celebration just perfect. Thank you Matt for being so helpful and accommodating. Everyone wants to rent it now😊'

'From the moment we came we felt right at home! Such a comfortable place to stay! Every morning we were greeted by a beautiful bald eagle on the lake as well as the chitter chatter of birds. For those who have a hard time climbing stairs, this is NOT the place for you. Bedrooms as well as bathrooms are not on the main level. No matter we would definitely want to stay again!'

'We loved our stay at the bungalow last weekend. Donna equipped the home with everything needed for a comfortable stay, and more. It is located in a quiet area steps from the Milford Point Audubon center, Wheeler Marsh and Cedar beach. We walked to the Walnut Beach area where there are a few shops and restaurants, most notably a delicious Mexican restaurant and coffee shop. A perfect get away, despite the questionable weather.'

'We had an awesome trip to Walnut Beach! The place was perfect - great location, walking distance to the beach and boardwalk. Close to a great coffee shop and a tremendous Lobster Roll at the Lazy Lobster! Evenings at the fire pit in the backyard was a perfect end to the day. We will be back. Thank you!!!'

'Wonderful property conveniently located with easy access to Stamford and Greenwich. House was so clean and had everything we needed from dishes to towels. Deirdre was so helpful and provided us with a list of local restaurants including their favorites. Great stay, would recommend!'

'The property is beautiful; we had such a great time as a party of 7 adults and 5 young kids. The walk to the beach was short but a little tricky because the first half has no sidewalk but still super convenient and better than paying $65/day to park in Cove Beach lot! One very minor note is there were a couple items missing from the house and Elena was super responsive in dropping them off for us quickly. We had a great stay!'

'My family and I loved this beach home. We spent a lot of our time walking from the back deck down to the beach. We made s’mores in the fire pit at night. The house was spotless. Plenty of room for the 5 of us. Kitchen had everything we needed. Super easy check in. 5 stars'

'This was walking distance to the Total Mortgage Arena for our robotics competition. Having the full kitchen to cook meals was awesome. Nice comfy beds, plenty of space, I claimed the nook off the kitchen/dining area for myself. Boys had front room to work on their robot.'

'We had a nice time staying here. The place is just as described. It is clean and in a quiet neighborhood. We had things to do in Purchase and in NYC and the location was perfect for us. I got to meet the owner and he even contacted me when I parked incorrectly so I could avoid a parking ticket. There is a grocery store, Costco, pharmacy, restaurants, and many other businesses very close to. If I have to go back next year, I will be looking to see if this rental is available again.'

'It was a very nice property with wildlife so regular we joked about them being paid actors, in a nice walkable neighborhood. If it had been a bit warmer inside, it would have been perfect (we visited early February, but not during a blizzard)! Hosts were fairly prompt when contacted, and very gracious.'
