I wouldn’t mind going down by the pool to access a machine, but I don’t want to tip to get ice. Yes, they bring some up in the evenings, but it’s usually melting by the time we get back. '

'I left in the mornings & came back pretty late at nights so i didn't use the facilities like that. What was irritating was the fact that every night when i ger to the hotel i cannot get into my room & when i go to front desk its like im not in the systen & i have to provide details for 3 nights straight '
