'Very convenient with being near boardwalk, the beach train and other amenities. Its a clean and comfortable older home with limited "niceties". A very basic bedroomand bathroom. You're not getting luxury, thus the great price! Staff was very nice to speak with online and phone.'

'Cute property but my complaints were, the listing stated a dishwasher and check out instructions mentioned to load dishwasher before leaving but no dishwasher to be found. I notified the host(Janiece, she was prompt and nice otherwise) she aplogized and asked us to wash our own dishes prior to leaving. I did it as a curtesy but I was not happy with that and was asked to load the towels in the washer prior to leaving. Why am i paying a cleaning fee if i have to clean up after myself? I don't mind...

'This was a lovely place on Soquel Creek typical of the places along this area. It is within walking distance to the village. It was very clean and comfortable. The deck and other yard across the path by the water were great for sunbathing and relaxing! People do walk by with dogs etc. Everyone was friendly! We really had a nice time!'
