However there were quite a few disappointing aspects: the lift was broken; the entrance hallway and the stairs up smelt very strongly of rubbish because there is a room on that landing that was literally full of black rubbish bags from all of the flats; the cleaning was sufficient in the main areas but not if you looked properly; the freezer had leftover ice lollies in there and some had leaked a sticky mess; the fridge...

'The improvements which could be made to improve the property would be to have a shower, there is only a shower attachment on the bath and with the sloping ceiling it resulted in having to kneel down in the bath to shower, a pain for hubby. There were also a few cracks in the bathroom floor which could do with being fixed as water marks on ceiling below. No washing machine either which with a family would make it very difficult. Rugs in living room really need replacing, I’ve given it 4 stars due...
