Shower handle falling off. We stayed 3 days and never got roome service (clean towels, more soap etc) I had to walk to the front to get more shower towels. Had trowel with door not locking and get more keys. Had to try several times. Then to top it off we got charged $20 because the towels we used had 2...

'Clean and quiet. Parking was available for motorhome at the front of property but we did not need it this time. Unit had all the necessary items needed for an extended stay. This is a downstairs or basement unit, with that said noise from above was never a concern. We did not need to contact host for anything , all was provided and check in and out was easy. Host did make contact to check if anything was needed. But everything was good. '

'Very clean, nicely decorated and well equipped rental. Met our needs perfectly! Rental agency was easy to make contact with and very responsive to our questions.'

'Great centrally-located place, just a few minutes from downtown! Really enjoyed the King bedroom suite. The house is really roomy, with plenty of space for my family and our dog. Would love to come back!'

'The house was amazing. It had everything we needed to have a great thanksgiving dinner. The kitchen was large enough to cook and store our meals and the outdoor hot tub was so nice with the cooler weather.'

'The house is roomy for a large group, we had six people. They're significant deferred maintenance on the property, for example one of the toilets didn't work properly, a kitchen drawer was hanging in the opening, The bathroom door wouldn't close, The gate to the yard is broken, the weeds are 3 and 4 ft tall all through the yard, towel bar very loose and almost hanging off the wall. There were only two washcloths in the entire home, and the ceiling fan in the back bedroom upstairs did not work....
