'Well appointed, older home in north Redding near Shasta Lake. Good sized house, very clean, with comfortable beds. Kitchen well equipt. Landload easily accessable and helpful. Quiet neighborhood, on a side street with no traffic. Close to grocery store and near downtown and the mall. No issues, easy stay for us. Would book this house again.'

Kinda strange feeling showing up to vrbo when there’s already someone at the house since there is an upstairs tenant, everything felt very cheap in the house and didn’t feel cozy just low budget especially compared to the cost. 'Property was not ready for a stay consisting of 5 people. Host was quick to respond and supply additional needs. Host was also quick to answer other questions.We found the coffee pot area and spilled coffee on the LR coffee table in need of cleaning. Additionally, one of the sets of sheets was obviously dirty so required laundering prior to using that bed.Primary shower floor liner is pulling away from shower wall, leaving dirt/mold in gap areas.Interior remodel is well done.
