'Easy checkin, Then it all went wrong..coffee mug with lipstick on it in cupboard..carpets need a clean..dirty mouldy bedding..broken slats on both beds..dirty windows, covered in cobwebs and dead insects..incomplete first aid kit..no parking permit..no hand soap..no lock on toilet door.'

'Unfortunately it was a cold and wet day when we arrived. After climbing a very narrow winding staircase to our apartment - some 40 or so steps - it was disappointing to find that the rooms were very cold as no heating had been switched on in anticipation of our arrival. After switching on the underfloor heating it did begin to warm up, but to add to the frustration this did not appear to work in the main bedroom or the ‘en suite’. A free standing electric heater was provided but wasn’t easy...
