'The check-in took a long time because I was there at 3 o’clock. The staff mitigated the waiting time by handing out glasses of Prosecco which was an excellent gesture. The amenities in the hotel were excellent for a hotel and its class and entirely as expected. Special mention for Yoanita on the front desk on the day I was leaving, who provided me without any hassle with a lovely cup of complimentary coffee when I needed it!!'

'The room is perfect for a solo traveller doing a short stay of London! You are a very short walk from the underground and the area is fairly quiet and felt very safe at night. The host was absolutely lovely and super quick with messages and very helpful with check in. You are provided with plenty of helpful amenities which make the stay a super pleasant one.'
