'This was the best rental! Cute little early 1900s farmhouse with beach decor. The kitchen js well equipped and there js a nice grill outside. The firepit was a nice way to spend evenings as was the screen porch.The little beach about a 5 minute ride/15 min walk was an added bonus! We will definitely rent here again!'

'We srayed at this property due to number of guests and proximity to the college. It was a great mix of old and new. This house was wonderfully appointed and everyone enjoyed their stay. The views were spectacular and we had everything we needed and more. It was unexpectedly remote, but once we got used to it, it was barely noticeable. We are even considering staying here again '

'House was in a great location for attending graduation events at Salisbury University. Large enough space for immediate family and grandparents. Only negative was that one of the 4 bedrooms was listed as having 2 double beds, instead had one double bed with a twin trundle underneath '

'The house is beautiful, roomy, and has the most comfortable couch large enough for multiple people to spread out and chill. Most bedrooms have TV’s, bathrooms are nice and clean.Beautiful yard with a nice dock over the river. We had success catching blue claw crabs and surprisingly the bugs weren’t bad thanks to a cool breeze. 'We rented this house with another family for a baseball tournament in Salisbury. The house was under 10 minutes from the field. And it sure beat a hotel as we had some extra down time. The place was charming, had comfy beds and was clean. We would stay again. '
