'Reserved two rooms for three days. One room had a bathtub that did not drain at all, only one hand towel and body towel. Second room had a toilet that did not flush, only one towel. Staff was not helpful, location was in the opposite side of San Antonio from where it was advertised to be. Staff was not helpful. Had to contact Expedia to get the remsinder of our stay refunded. 'The staff could not understand English! The AC unit didnt work and we had to go buy fans as it was 104 degrees outside. We stayed for 4 days and they gave us 1 roll of toilet paper for multiple people. We had a handicap room and a second room and they could not figure out that I had both rooms registered to me. The gas station next door is not safe for anyone that is not a cop or after 3pm! Definitely bring a battle buddy if you stop there! The rooms smelled horrible only had 2 sets of towels...

'The lady who checked me in was sweet. However it was difficult to hear her though the glass. She also wasn’t able to photocopy my ID so I had to wait over an hour to get my ID back. Once we got in our room there was no ice bucket, only one washcloth and it was sweltering. This was ok for us since it was way last minute, and it cooled rather quickly. The toilet also had issues with flushing, and on looking into the tank the flapper valve needs replacing. Other than that it wasn’t bad. '
