'We loved the look of the property and the rooms. There was a lot of character in the rooms, decorated with furniture from the colonial time period, yet up to date in modern conveniences. We stayed in the king suite in the Chamberline House. It was like our own apartment. Restaurants on site were good and the breakfast provided by the bake shop was a nice treat. 'Our room (202) was not cleaned well at all prior to our arrival. There was leftover food from the last guest in the microwave, the last guest left their gym shorts in a drawer and a blanket in the closet. The pullout couch didn’t have a sheet. The skirting for the bed was ripped as well. There was maybe 1 staff onsite. The breakfast option was cereal with maybe an 1/8th of a gallon of milk in a mini fridge. I would not recommend staying here.'

'Don't miss this lodge hidden in the green hillside near Sturbridge. Nice quiet location, and a neat 2nd storey veranda in Bldg 2 one can access from the upper lot to slow and and chill out. Very reasonable, and fairly priced Thank you.'
