'Heavily overpriced for the quality you get (on food and beverages). Also paying for beach chairs etc. Hotel is nice and we enjoyed the installation but food and beverages were very basic while all charged on premium rates. Also very high fees to rent beach equipment which in my point of view is outrageous. We have much better experiences in Hawaii concerning that so definitively something to improve. No problem to pay a price but you expect something in return which we didn't feel at all. '

'We enjoyed the approximity to the ocean and the beautiful view. The property was getting much needed repairs as we were leaving, and the room some improvement but was clean and well stocked with supplies and amenities. The only issue was the oven was out, but our rep Katie ordered us a pizza which we appreciated very much. Thanks for the stay'

'Thermostat could not be set lower than 72 degrees which was sometimes too hot in the Villa. Security around the pool was rude with telling us that pool hours ended. Otherwise, great location '

'My wife and I came to Waikiki for her Birthday and our 25th Wedding Anniversary. The Hotel Greeted us with a lovely gift and an excellent room on the 31at floor. What an amazing view of Diamond Head! The room was vleaned and aupplies refreshed daily. The Adults Popl and HotbTub were absolutely wonderful. The location is also excellent for all.of what you might want to do.'
