'Cute little house with some extra details immediately around it, including a hot tub just out front. Easy directions and check in with keypad. One little thing we would have liked differently was the toilet location. It sits about 4ft away, directly facing the bed. So if someone’s in bed, facing away from the wall, you are staring at whoever’s using the toilet. OH, and they had a basket full of just about anything you need but may have forgotten and all for reasonable prices! '

'The guest house has everything needed and more. Very clean, quiet, comfortable and easy access. My stay was short but wouldn’t hesitate to use for longer stays when needed. Host very easy and quick to communicate with. '

'Stayed one night on our way back to Southern CA from Portland. Nicely decorated rooms. Loved the stained glass window in Suite 1. Comfortable bed. Relaxing garden area with plenty of chairs. There were mosquitoes and other bugs. Wished the bathroom was closer to the rooms. It feels a little like glamping. '

'Everything went well. It is a good location Near UC Davis Hospital In a quiet neighborhood. The directions sent to us were inaccurate and took us to a home that the occupant said we were at the wrong place. The directions need to be rewritten. When I texted the host for help in finding the property they did not reply. We had a good stay in Sacramento Area.'

'Beautiful space with everything you need. The parking pass is a huge plus so parking was not a problem at all. Check in/out directions are easy to follow and property directions and descriptions were spot on. The hosts are excellent communicators and were able to assist with all of my questions. 'The home was set up beautifully. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was stocked with what you would need for a short stay. If there is one bit of advice, seating for a couple more people would be great. I understand that the living room is small but that would help. Other than that, we had a great stay. Thank you again.'
