'The location was great! We were 10 minutes away from Island Vista Marina where we rented a pontoon boat for crabbing and we came back to cook the crabs and eat them out back by the bay watching the boats go by. Perfect getaway for our family!'

Our family has been renting every year for over 25 years and this house did not disappoint; as it had everything you could need for a summer week vacation. 'this place was wonderful! the only thing is did not like was the walk through bedroom and the bathroom locks. these were minor thing. we really loved this place!'

'House is clean and has definitely been remodeled in kitchen with top notch appliances. Location is good, but is located right next to a popular restaurant. Our stay was week after Labor Day and the weekend was a little noisy, but nothing we could not handle. Not sure how that would play out in summer season. All in all, it’s a great house! '

"compared to most hotels in the Philadelphia area this is a great choice for the price/quality ratio. Nice, modern, clean and spacious room. The staff is ok, I just didn't like that they insisted on making a copy of my passport and when I asked for the copy back at check-out they told me that they always destroy it at the end of the check-in day, weird situation! And oh yes, the breakfast is very poor. what is handy is that there is both an Applebee's and a McDonalds across the street from the hotel. despite the breakfast and the issue of the passport copy I would recommend the hotel."
