'I stayed here on a solo trip for work and it was actually really nice! The property and rooms were very clean. The front desk worker was very nice and friendly. The parking was plentiful and very easy. The breakfast was very good as well! I’ll definitely be staying here for my future trips to Springfield. '

'We have stayed at this location several times and have another stay here booked in November. This hotel is clean, the rooms are spacious and the beds are very comfortable. It would be nice if the breakfast had a few more non dairy options, but aside from that I have no complaints. '

'Stayed only one night so didn't go outside the hotel. The room was great and the staff was very efficient and friendly. I was alone so sat at the bar and had a glass of wine and dinner; and the bartender was very friendly and easy to chat with. The food was great. All in all a great stay. The parking garage gave me a bit of trouble, but that was on me. Love that there was a big sign on the wall on the way out that told me exactly how to get onto 91N.'

'To avoid checking in at midnight, we needed early check-in. All great with check in and I forgot my printed tix to go to Big E AND Train concert. Santori (sp?) helped with all and set us up beautifully.
