'Front desk employee was friendly and professional. Great check in experience. Property is excellent- it’s obvious it is well maintained and well managed. I was pleasantly surprised by the whole stay and would definitely come back and recommend to anyone. 'Great place to stay in Newport. Fantastic full hot and cold breakfast each day in large eating area. Close to the aquarium and science center. We rode our scooters on trails right from the hotel parking lot. Nice places to eat fresh seafood nearby. My grandson liked the occasion cookies in the lobby. Will return next year for sure. '

'We got upgraded to a nicer room since ours wasn't ready when we arrived. The receptionist was really sweet as well. We stayed for one night and it was nice. There were a few issues that were out of the staff's control like people smoking pot and being loud in the rooms but otherwise it was great. If they tighten up on the pot smoking in and around the rooms the stay would be more comfortable but the staff can't control everyone. Overall the stay was great on the part of the hotel!'
