'Alles'

'It was a great stay'

'Perfect! Clean! Nice personeel! Close to station, shops and restaurants '

'Mattresses and linens were excellent. Elevator is convenient to the room. Intercom is a nice feature. Wish the door had an electronic lock. Getting a key out of a lockbox and having to share one key between 3 people was not ideal.'

'It was nice though it was getting used to that the light took a few seconds to turn on'

'Beautiful hotel, good restaurants, helpful staff, great location, the only minus in our eyes is that they are definitely not prepared for English speaking guests as good as other hotels in Tokyo, not many English speaking staff, mostly no signage in English, not even on the TV. '

'It was connected to the mall, Airport bus stops in front the hotel which is great. Clean room and helpfull staff, only less comfy is that the room.is not well isolated, i couldn't sleep some nights coz the neighbour talked till late and i could hear their voices.'

'Very cozy, clean, and comfortable. Extremely close to multi train station gates. They have a washing machine you can use for free along with detergent but they do not have a dryer. Extremely easy check in and check out. Temperature can be controlled by room not by floor.'

'House keeping doesn't do a good job on refilling, our shower gel on the 3rd day is the last drop, the room tissue box as well, and I have to put the empty bottle and opened the empty box tissue out so the house keeping can see and refill them. So are the cups, I have to put them out on the sink so they will be cleaned on the 3rd day. On the 4th day, only 1 big clean towel and we have 3 ppl.'

'A spacious room/appartment for Japanese standards with everything you could need. There is a supermarket 1 minute away and the train station is 2 minutes away. It makes travelling so easy. I got the information about how to enter the facility and room 24 hours behorehand. Tip: follow the map given by the accomodation. We followed google maps and it took us to another location 10 minutes away. Everything was amazing. We got towels and everything was clean. Definitely recommend. The only thing I...
