'Great stay with friendly staff. Not a far car ride to Universal - which was why we went there. But if you are trying to go into the city, it is a little out of the way. We enjoyed how quiet it was and close to what we were wanting to do. '

'The stuff was extremely helpful, all spoke english. We booked 2 bedroom apartment for 10 days in total in June 2025. The rooms were spacious, with a separate storage/dressing room and 2x bathrooms. The furniture was in good condition even though a bit old style.
Big appreciation to all stuff and thanks for making our stay wonderful.

'Lovely stay at Marriott Sandalwood! The apartment was well equipped and even though we were about 20 minutes from the main sights, the quality of the apartment and the lovely staff made up for it many times over :) definitely highly recommend this property when in Beijing '

'Holiday Inn Yizhuang is an excellent hotel: comfortable rooms, good beds, wide range of breakfast choices, conveniently close to Subway station (only 5 minute walk!).
We used it a a basis to explore Beiijng and its sights (and that works very well, if you are willing to spend about 40 minutes on a crowded metro to Beiijng city centre).

"It's a bit out of the way of shopping malls etc., but that's not what I was here for anyway. Subway station is very nearby, on the two oldest subway lines. With line 2 you have close connections to all the major other lines."
