It's located in the Lomas de La Jolla condo community, which is located up a steep hill across the highway from the oceanfront La Jolla condo community. It was about a 6 minute walk down a steep hill, passing under the freeway, to get to the entrance to La Jolla Condos, then several more minutes of walking to the beach. 'My wife and I decided to try something new instead of our usual resort on Medano beach. This place truly hit all the marks. Beautiful grounds, friendly staff, large two bedroom two bath unit, and the most spectacular view from a very large patio/balcony. It has a large sectional, table, BBQ, and two lounge chairs where you can enjoy the sounds of the crashing waves. 'We loved everything about it. Perfect getaway and had everything we needed. The pool bar was such a bonus with breakfast and lunch and the local market was so convenient. There was a slightly hidden walkable cafe that was really good called Time and Co for breakfast/lunch too. The patio was heaven and we were able to fall asleep and wake up to the ocean noise every night. Hope to come back some day. Thanks for the wonderful stay.'

'Fantastic location. Located in a quiet little area. Pool bar had good drinks and good food. Loved the small beach that is private to the neighborhood - was never crowded. Condo was nice, a few things could use updating but it had plenty of amenities including beach gear (chairs, umbrella, towels, etc.) Overall wonderful!'

'We selected this villa based on it's wow factor views, safe location, and famous reputation in Cabo as the jewel of Pedregal. 'Maria’s condo is a home away from home. Beautifully appointed and lovely grounds. Best part of the stay was discovering aqua fit classes are taught 3 times a week and are free 😊 (thanks again Debbie) Easy walk to old town and great restaurants and coffee shops in the immediate vicinity. Highly recommend this condo. Ubers are plentiful and very affordable and super easy with the Uber app. Thank you Maria for hosting us and hope to stay at your lovely casa again.'

'This was a fantastic spot for our family. The beach was perfect for surfing and shore playing. There is a bit of an under current but it’s gorgeous. We saw whales everyday from the property. Love it and will be back!'

Carpet was dirty, not what you expect from such a nice condo. The resort itself presented it self very well, with nice pools and nice restaurants.'

The unit we stayed in was very beautiful & it was obvious the staff does a great job keeping the kitchen well stocked with flatware, pots/pans, & several high-end appliances. Having a washer & dryer allowed us to bring carry-on bag for a few days of clothes. We just wash them our stuff using the laundry detergent that;s included. 'It's a great property and once you figure out what the good food is (for you), has great dining. If you're able-bodied, it's hard to top this place. That said, it was designed by a stair fetishist. Ultimately it's probably good for us who are just lazy, but if you do have any kind of mobility issues, look elsewhere. '
