'DO NOT STAY HERE. The place is nothing like the pictures; the listing is completely misleading and nothing like what we experienced. This place was absolutely disgusting and the worst I have ever seen as a traveler. The entire building, including our room, was completely infested with cockroaches and flies (perhaps due to the filth and food crumbs left from not cleaning the room.) The building and room were also filthy, there were stains on almost every available surface, including the sheets....

'O local é excelente e a acomodação é muito boa. Único ponto negativo é a descarga do vaso sanitário que estava péssima e não funcionava. Não reclamei com os administradores da reserva porque só ficamos 2 diárias. Se fosse mais, teria que acontecer o reparo para continuar na acomodação. Os anfitriões tem que consertar urgentemente. Sugestão: Colocar na acomodação coador de café e uma sanduicheira. Daí fica perfeito após consertar o vaso sanitário. Sistema de Checkin é excelente, prático e seguro....

'the hotel is well located but the service is poor. staff is friendly and helpful but the hotel seems badly managed - we were given wrong information and when there was a problem with the room it took a very long time to sort out. moreover, the hotel did not take into account whether the timing of the repair was suitable for us (i.e. when we were out) - we were told they would come at 10 so we planned accordingly, but the repair man only turned up at 1. the lifts work intermittently.'

'The size of the apartment is not accurate in the photos shown in the listing. It look way bigger in the photos. The beds are uncomfortable and have old dirty matresses. The bed sheets and pillows are old and passed useful life. Bath room is small and it was not optimal. The kitchen barely fits one person. Overall, for a family with children this is not recommended'

'O único ar condicionado do apartamento não funcionava, ou melhor, a tomada onde ele estava ligado não funcionava. Após 1 dia esperando por uma extensão para tentar ligá-lo, entregaram uma de 10A, sendo que precisava ser de 20A. Depois disso ficaram de entregar um adaptador que nunca chegou. Conclusão, ficamos sem ar condicionado, sendo essa a principal característica para ter escolhido esse apartamento. Fora isso o colchão era muito ruim, o banheiro cheio de mofo e o quadro de energia dava medo...
