They sent a technician twice to address the hot water issue, although it was never fully resolved. This place is not really suitable for five people unless you're comfortable being very cramped. The bed sheets and pillows are old and passed useful life. Bath room is small and it was not optimal. The kitchen barely fits one person. Overall, for a family with children this is not recommended'
