'Nice big room, wonderful staff! Pool and beach were clean. The beach has a big pile of rocks to get over to access water. The busy hyway is very loud, in room and on property.'

'The service was excellent. Each staff member was pleasant, happy and most helpful. They took the extra time to make sure you were happy. The pools and lazy river were excellent and made the hours pass quickly. Food truck was amazing! Such tasty eats there. The golf cart drivers always checking to see if you need rides. Everyone was fantastic!'

'The buildings and the rooms in this well maintained resort are the main attraction, the nature and the views are the strongest point. There are several restaurants on the site, however they were cloased most of the time, so the general buffet restaurant was the only option for dinner; and unfortunately is looks rather cheap and the food is rather average (and the house wine is undrinkable). The breakfast restaurant is much nice and has better food. For lunch yo better head to the beach...

'The view was good, but no microwave, toaster, potato peeler, oven dishes or oven sheets, pots that have not been destroyed, silicon spoons, washer and dryer, oven instructions, clean sheets during the month, and bath mats.'

'The roof top pool was clean and we enjoyed that. The pool furniture was very run down, threadbare. Our room had been cleaned half heartedly, but wasn’t very clean. bugs in corners, something smeared on the wall had been missed, Breakfast was fine, but not buffet as we thought. The location was great, across the street from the beach and good restaurants nearby. Our room was ocean facing and quiet, the late night noise of town didn’t bother us at all.'

'We were greatly impressed with the friendly service of all the staff at Villa La Estancia. The restaurants had delicious food plated so perfectly along with outstanding servers. I highly recommend the steak tenderloin at La Casona as well as the shrimp enchiladas at El Patron at the sister resort Villa Del Palmar. 'Nice property but for the same price, I’d prefer to visit other properties instead. I felt that amenities and food options were limited. I know the property is growing; however dinner and breakfast options were very limited and overpriced for the quality and quantity.'
