'The beach is blocked by piles of rocks. Had to buy special shoes to climb over the rocks and get into the water. Very dangerous. Meanwhile access to the beach a little further in either direction was free and clear — no rocks. The room had a beautiful view but smelled of mold and needed updating, old stained furniture and very hard bed with worn bedspread and sheets. It’s beside a highway so there was traffic noise all the time. Food took forever and often arrived cold. Would not recommend....

'Friendly staff, very clean rooms with great air condition and ceiling fans. Grounds and pool are wonderful. Beach location is perfecto. Not all the rooms have an ocean view. So be sure to ask when booking or checking in. '

'The pool was enjoyable and the hotel is conveniently located. We upgraded our room because we would have been beside the road and I worried about noise. The upgrade was to a less modern room but oh well. The staff was great!!! '

'A nice clean room, friendly and timely service. The breakfast was a nice touch. Fruit, toast, coffee, freshly squeezed OJ with eggs. 😊 A 5-15 minute drive to La Playa en Bucerías. '
