'we stayed for 2 weeks in a studio, double bedroom. Overall, it was a good stay but there were a few things I would want to point out for management. Pros: friendly, helpful staff. Great food selection at the buffet, location to the beach, safe community. Cons: room didn't have any towel racks, shower water went from scalding hot to freezing without warning. Location was farther than anticipated from PV and cost $40 CDN for a taxi. Activities: not alot of variety and nightly entertainment...

'A nice pueblito style resort. Simple but clean rooms and a great staff. There are enough restaurants (buffet and a la carte) with enough to choose from. Hygiene is checked very well by the restaurant. Enough swimming pools to find yourself a quiet spot and a nice beach.'

'To start with, when booking this stay we were not aware that this room was actually located at Villa La Estancia. Why was this called Beachside Escape? The room was nice but the balcony was shared with the larger unit next door. We were not aware of this and felt awkward using this space. We also felt that it could be a security risk. We noticed a lot of the balconies had partitions up for these reasons. We had a mini fridge, coffee maker but could not plug in the coffee maker as the cord was...

'The pool is fully shaded so a nice break from the sun as needed. A/C kept the room cool. A more rustic, authentic feel than a lot of newer places. Lots of beautiful plants around the property.'
