'Nice staff and very nice hotel'

'Een heerlijk hotel. Het voelt erg goed vanaf dag 1. Er zijn overal vrolijke murals aangebracht. Bus haltes net buiten het terrein. Veel parkeerplekken. Winkels en eetgelegenheden op een korte afstand met eigenvervoer, bus of met Lyft. Er zijn wasmachines en drogers aanwezig. Het personeel is super en zorgt voor een aangenaam verblijf. Wij zijn 5 dagen gebleven en zullen zeker terug gaan als we weer in Tucson zijn. Tucson zelf is ook erg prettig en de inwoners zeer vriendelijk '

'the lady at the counter was rude. The girls in the room next to us were very loud, I believe there was a party going on. So we went back to the lobby and want another room. The lady at the lobby said to us: “well, you are from another country, so you are not used to that”. Really?! We eventually got a new room but this is not the way to treat hotel guests'

'Our stay was wonderful, very clean, very nice staff, good breakfast. Also the pool was nice and cleaned and heated for comfort. We went with the family for fathers day and had a great time!'
