'We had to reconfigure our stay due to the timing of our trip. While our original request to change the date was denied, someone else stepped in and accommodated our change. Great location with restaurants within walking distance. The only thing that surprised us was that the outdoor pool wasn’t heated. Overall, we’ll likely stay here again as it was reasonably priced and the staff was amazing. '

'Our Host was very helpful with any questions we had. Property was in a good location to get to different sites in the area. It was nice to have a grill to use since the place only had a kitchenette with a toaster oven. The patio was nice to eat breakfast at or relax in the evening.'

'How was great. The space was central to everything really. We were a short drive to highlands ranch and springs. Castle rock has everything you need. While we stayed it snowed and the staff t the location had everything shoveled and salted when needed. Quiet location and it has everything in the unit you need. Laundry place to prep and store food and easy clean up with dishwasher. 10/10!! '

'There are two things people might want to know before booking this place:- First, the entrance is through the bathroom. That wasn't a big deal since I ended up staying by myself, but I was originally going to stay with a friend-of-a-friend attending the same event as me, which could've been awkward since we might have been coming and going at different times- There's currently a house being built right behind this, so that means construction noise, but that is presumably only temporary.Overall...

'The place is clean and roomie. Host is very responsive. We were cold on the first night and when we ask the host, he immediately brought us two space heaters which we were very much appreciated.'
