'Two of us stayed on our first nite of a nine day motorcycle trip thru Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Vermont, New York and Maine.This was an ideal first night stay!! So near the lake and a few great restaurantsSteve the host was very communicative, we had NO glitches! I would stay there again tommorow!!'

'Amazing location for beach and boardwalk access. Lots of room for 8 people (4 adults and 4 kids). Could use a few more plates and a roll of paper towels. Beds are a little hard but things were nice and clean. We will definitely be returning. '

'The house and grounds are beautiful, especially if you appreciate old historic houses. Issues did arise ut Chelsi responded very quickly. The kitchen is modern w room for lots of cooks. We made use of most of the amenities -pool, sauna, theater room. Location is great- near beach and rail trail, and short distance to rye, Portsmouth, kittery . It worked perfectly for our college roommate reunion.'

'The decor was super cute and the room was so cozy! We had planned to pull out the couch, but it was very cramped. Luckily the couch was wide enough and comfy enough to sleep one of us without pulling it out. We were close enough to the boardwalk and restaurants for it to be super convenient. 10/10 recommend!'

'Beautiful place right on the lake. Very basic accommodations, we really only slept there. Perfect for what we needed. I had trouble with the television, couldn’t figure it out. We were trying to watch the Celtics playoff game. Emailed the host I didn’t get a response Until the next day. Ironically, in her email, she said “ Don’t hesitate to reach out “ and she was “available 24/7”. We ended up listening to the game. Other than that, we had a great stay.'
