'It was a beautiful setting! Service was slow. Our room had a slight smell to it and the pull out couch was dirty. We were very hopeful and are very understanding. Sharing this input to help hotel improve their services.'

'Bathroom faucet not working. Ice maker not working. A/c unit knobs not legible. Didn’t know if I had heat or a/c. The bed base was squeaking every time you moved! I’ve stayed in this property 5-6 times before and this was my last. Shaky neighbors in the building in front of this hotel made me and my wife feel unsafe (smoking weed and drinking alcohol in the open). Front desk acknowledged it!!'
