'We stayed one night so there wasn't much chance to enjoy amenities. The room was fairly clean and comfortable. We did use the ice machine to fill our water bottles. The bathtub was very slippery with nothing to prevent slip and fall. No bath mat. No bars to hold onto. No anti-slip stickers on the bottom of the tub. That was the worst!'

'We arrived late at night after a 14 hour drive. The front desk stunk like smoke and bleach. A face cloth in the room was dirty with hair wrapped in it. The towels were all wrinkled. Potentially just folded and put back on the rack Hair on the sheets and pillows. And a yellow stain on the sheets. We slept with our clothes on - on top of the bedding. We were too exhausted to complain and change hotels. At the desk the next morning the clerk told us that they need to lint roll all the sheets...
