'The rooms are not quite as well maintained, with drainage issues in the shower, and overall appearance not representative of what is advertised. People constantly move around outside the windows, so there's not a whole lot of privacy. The staff however were friendly and helpful, but communication over messages is ignored. '

'I had a pleasant stay. The location was perfect. Very central location in Sea Point. Always felt safe. Some restaurants and convenience stores are nearby. The employees were attentive and helpful. I came to run the Sanlam Cape Town Marathon and it was walking distance to the stadium and start/finish line. I would stay there again. It’s close enough to get to meeting points for various tours.'

'The place is above my expectation and I highly recommend it to everyone. Staff are friendly, helpful and polite. The room has all the kitchen amenities including washer and dryer. My room was facing the Table mountain, a priceless view in the morning and at sunset. There is air conditioning and heating. 'Overall, great accommodation. Nice place to stay. However, unfortunately we came on a day they had a power issue. We checked in before 1700. After a long flight, with no power, we had no hot water to shower, no lights to see in the room, unable to watch tv, and unable to plug in our devices. The staff was apologetic. We were able to shower at their sister hotel at 2200 after inquiry. Power finally back on at 2300. We moved rooms the following day for our separate booking. Although the staff...
