'The unit was very clean and spacious. We were visiting for the marathon so it was great to have our own kitchen. Grocery store was only a 5 min walk away and the shuttle to the race start was only a 2 min walk. Security guards at the entrance to the hotel so safe. You do need to be street smart as soon as you exit the hotel and walking towards the train station area is more prone to cell phone theft and begging. Just be smart. We were able to walk to hop-on-hop-off bus start in 10 mins.'

'The rooms are not quite as well maintained, with drainage issues in the shower, and overall appearance not representative of what is advertised. People constantly move around outside the windows, so there's not a whole lot of privacy. The staff however were friendly and helpful, but communication over messages is ignored. '

'Greasy kettle, broken garbage can, wall clock not working, shower door poorly aligned. Interior shower smelled like mold, shower leaked all over bathroom floor, heater only worked in one setting. Needed to use WiFi from an adjoining room. Staff was really nice but property not well maintained. Good location close to the promenade.'
