Controls somewhat hit and miss. Could not get any hot water from the tap in the kitchen. Some of the furniture is a tad tired. '

'Our travel companion had a medical emergency and I had to cancel. Unfortunately the rate was non refundable. So we didn’t get to stay there. They should implement more flexible rates. '

'Noisy, parking is not easy to find. I parked where it was recommended. I was called early in the morning after i had checked in to come and pay for parking. Mind you i was so tired and having my rest. The rooms next to mine were so noisy. I checked out prematurely and was told I can’t receive a refund. The pictures are deceptive, its not what you pay for. But the price is what you pay for i guess. I checked out and got a better place for that same price. '

'The rooms are not quite as well maintained, with drainage issues in the shower, and overall appearance not representative of what is advertised. People constantly move around outside the windows, so there's not a whole lot of privacy. The staff however were friendly and helpful, but communication over messages is ignored. '

'Our stay at The Quarters was wonderful. The apartment is located in walking distance to VA Waterfront and surrounding grocery market SAR. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay there again.'
