'Room was very clean minus under the bathroom sink had black mold underneath it. And only one working elevator which made check out extremely annoying because of the luggage carts and full elevators. Waited 25 mins just to be able to get to the main lobby.'

I took off my shoes and walked around in the room in my white socks and the bottoms became filthy.'
