'I rented this suite for 3 friends who were going to be in Stratford to see two performances. I must have missed the part about the steps. The ladies are all older and doing 2 flight with luggage was daunting. When we finally go up to the suite, it was beautifully decorated and had everything they needed. 'We loved everything about it ! The attention to detail, the decor, the cleanliness and little extras like games, ice, coffee, extra towels make this place extra special. And the location was perfect for those interested in discovering downtown Stratford; we parked the car and didn’t use it for 3 days. The only downside is the 36 steps staircase … but if you can manage the climb, you’ll definitely get the wow factor once you reach the top ! Highly recommend it !'

'Comfortable and Convenient Stay for Tournament Weekend! My daughter and I stayed at Union Towers during a volleyball tournament and it was a fantastic experience. The unit was clean, quiet, and well-equipped — having a full kitchen and in-suite washer and dryer made things so much easier during a busy weekend. 'Lovely, clean and newly decorated facility. We were concerned about parking however a nearby spot was provided and was very convenient.....would have been good to see that clearly on the listing. Basic supplies provided but that is all one needs. Beds were comfy. Only suggestion would be for multiple hanging rods in the washroom as we were 4 and there were only 2 small hooks to hang anything. 'Enjoyed our 2 night stay very much. The apartment had every amenity needed and the location within walking distance of the Main Street was great! And the seating bench overlooking the water was perfect for a quiet glass of wine. The only improvement would be to find a way to move the bed away from the wall for easier in & out!! 'Overall, the condo was clean, well-maintained, and perfect for our stay. It was great to have access to all the amenities, which made the experience even more comfortable. Great views being on one the top floors.The only minor issue we encountered was with the parking garage, as the system didn’t always recognize our license plates when entering or exiting. 'This place would be fine for 2 adults and 2 kids, but it is too small for 4 adults. The second bedroom has a doorway that is no more than 2 feet wide and about 5 feet tall. The ceilings were very low and adults cannot stand up in it. The bathroom is similarly very very short. The pull out couch would not be comfortable enough to sleep on. The unit is not on the water, but a block away. Photos of the deck are not attached to the unit. '
