'Lack of adequate accessible parking. No access to elevator at back of hotel. Disabled and frail guests have to walk the entire length of the hotel at night to get to an elevator. I was concerned for my safety in the parking lot at night. Management has not returned my phone calls which suggests lack of concern for service complaints.'

'The vintage feel of the property would be the highlight staying here. The location is good - walking easy to the main downtown and to the Avon theatre. The room was basic but comfortable and included robes and a coffee station. And the restaurant is an added bonus as it serves delicious options in an authentic atmosphere.'

'Everything was lovely'

'Had a great stay. Highly recommended.'

'Super hotel! Het personeel was erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Een netjes en zeer schoon hotel'

'Great location in the heart of Stratford. Good sized room for 2 travelers. Room is updated and comfortable. Walls are very thin and can hear guests in adjoining rooms. The air conditioning is very loud and can sound like a vacuum off and on throughout the night.'

'Had a great time. The place was situated close enough for us to enjoy the Stratford festival, it had everything we needed including an amazing restaurant with delicious menu.'

'De kamers zijn mooi, groot en van alle gemakken voorzien. Ik heb er heerlijk geslapen. Helaas is er geen lift en draadloos internet is er erg traag.'

'This place was more than we expected. We got more than we needed for our stay and cheaper than the price we were quoted at Holiday Inn Express'

'This is a 1960’s era motel that hasn’t seen much work on the outside…..however the room was clean, quiet and comfortable. While we were there, the roof was being replaced. The entire place needs an exterior refresh, but the room, while not stylish was functional, the bed comfortable and the bathroom refurbished. Good value for price'

'Super goed hotel'

'Love this place and Logan was just a text/call away. They are open for feedback, as they are new owners. This room was perfect for our overnight stay but I'd stay longer. I will be back!'

'Very clean, comfortable stay.'
