'Honestly a better hotel than expected. Would definitely recommend'

'I was not informed at check-in that breakfast was unavailable as the restaurant was closed. Since there was no one else checking in at the same time as me, the clerk had lots of time to mention it. There was a tiny sign on the door of the unlighted restaurant with that information but it was the responsibility of the clerk to tell me it was closed.He also said tha Expedia was not clear in defining a ground floor room. Like most people. I expected the word to mean street level, but it is actually...

'Our first room had an air conditioner unit that didn't work. We went back to the front desk and the staff was very helpful in getting us a better room.'

'This is the best hotel in Windsor. We go every year to watch the fireworks and it was so clean, updated/modern, the staff was friendly and the complimentary breakfast was 10/10 delicious! The only downfall is that the parking can be limited at night but we called and they allowed us to park beside the front door since there was no more parking. They are very accommodating! We’ll be coming back here next year'
