Mexico en Midden-Amerika: Avontuurlijke vakanties

Room was clean, well equipped and easy access with elevator. Staff were amazing and cared for our safety, not that it was needed. Surrounding areas were iffy, but so much to do at the resort to be entertaining and the pools were amazing. Spa was great too.

Love it

The property was beautiful! The room after day three had an overwhelming smell of mold and moisture. The staff was amazing and very attentive. The restaurants were ok not a five star experience at all. The food was just average and that was very disappointing as the reviews that I had read were favorable regarding the food selection.

An Exceptional Experience at Ocean Rivera Paradise Resort Our experience at Ocean Rivera Paradise Resort was truly exceptional, and a huge part of what made our stay so memorable was the incredible team. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine warmth, professionalism, and a level of hospitality that made us feel truly valued. The front desk clerk was wonderful — professional, welcoming, and always ready to assist with a sincere smile. She immediately created a feeling that we were not simply guests, but truly cared for.
