'The room was very colorful and spacious. The shower/tub combo in my room was hard for my mom to get in and out of and nothing to hold on to. There was an outdoor shower on our terrace to use instead. The lighting is a bit dim but that goes along with the ambiance in the room. Location was great. Walk to everything in coconut grove. The plants in the hotel were so pretty and the building was beautiful. The rooftop pool was awesome. Staff was great. Would def go back. '

'Het is niet goedkoop maar het is een prachtig hotel met mooie kamers en een super leuk zwempark. Wij komen hier echter niet meer terug. Het hotel was enorm druk waardoor het best een chaos is overal. Personeel doet zijn best maar echt bij alles moet je lang wachten, bij inchecken, voordat je koffers op je kamer zijn, bij uitchecken, bij de valet parking etc. Daarbij betaal je voor alles veel extra. Er is geen mini bar op de kamer. Dat vind ik voor de prijs die je betaald vreemd. Verder hebben...

'Nice hotel conveniënt located near the Metrorail/Brickell station. Spacious room and bathroom, modern decor throughout the hotel. We used once the breakfast facilities in the hotel but this was in our opinion to be overpriced for what you got, so all the other days of our stay we consumed breakfast somewhere else. Housekeeping sometimes came early in the day and sometimes early in the evening, we found this somewhat anoying.'

'Everything about this place was amazing. The hotel has a shuttle that takes you to the beach and Denise was the best!! Staff were so friendly and gave us a surprise for my birthday. Will stay here again and definitely recommend thank you so much for everything. '

'Radisson Resort Miami Beach wordt té mooi voorgesteld dan het effectief is. Het is een 4-sterren hotel, maar naar onze mening is dit maar 3 sterren waard. De kamers zijn onlangs opgefrist, maar je merkt wel dat dit een verouderd hotel is. Gesprekken op de gang kan je perfect verstaan vanop je kamer. De badkamer bestaat uit een zeer laag bad, waarvan de bodem versleten aanvoelt. Voor een ketenhotel te zijn vonden wij het schandalig dat er shampoo, conditioner, body wash en lotion in kleine tubes...
