My stay at Sable at Navy Pier by Hilton was nothing short of amazing! From the moment I checked in, the customer service was absolutely top-notch. I stayed in a corner lakefront room that was spacious, spotless, and beautifully modern. But the real highlight? The breathtaking views of Chicago’s skyline and Lake Michigan — truly unforgettable. I give it a 10/10 and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city!

'There with a friend for a concert - we wanted someplace with easy access to the L Train. This was definitely it! We were on the 2nd floor with a window right next to the tracks and could barely hear the train go by. Didn't hear any of our neighbors, and the staff was always helpful and friendly! '

'The hotel is located in a nice and peaceful area, close to the lake and the start of the magnificent mile. The breakfast area is nice and so is the lobby. However, the hotel is a bit outdated. The hotel rooms lack standard amenities, the bathroom wasn't super clean when I entered my hotel room for the first time and needs an update. 'The Palmer House has many wonderful qualities to it. It’s a perfect location for those looking to explore Chicago. It’s right next to an elevated train stop and a close walk to many places. It’s a beautiful old historic hotel, incredible lobby, and for the most parts the rooms are well appointed. My room 16-179, was relatively clean… lot of smudges on the two mirrors…, the bed was very comfortable, and the amenities worked well. Perfect for a solo trip. It would not be a good room for two people...
