'Het hotel was slecht. Men kan het plaatsje Magor alleen met de auto bereiken. De zogenaamde restaurants op deze afgesloten service area zijn ook bijzonder slecht. Dit doen we nooit meer. Wij melden ons ook af van Uw email. Expedia hoeft niet meer.'

'Nice building, character. We had a huge room in the eves, great. However, there is a need for some maintenance, stair carpet a big hole, some woodwork could do with a lick of paint, silicone refreshing. The spa, mmmm, clean those shower walls and repair some taps and such. It really needs to be uplofted in places.'

'Uit de douche kwam kokend heet water, echt levensgevaarlijk. Omdat de boiler niet werkte en we niet koud water konden krijgen. De nieuwe eigenaar alsmede de oude eigenaar wilde niet volgens de man van de technische dienst voor de kosten opdraaien. Erg klantonvriendelijk om ons dan niet een andere kamer aan te bieden of het probleem op te lossen. Ook troffen we een keer bij aankomst onze deur open, erg slordig van het personeel die had schoongemaakt. '

'The customer service is extraordinary. We also got lucky and managed to play a twilight round of golf on our arrival evening. I lost my Apple Watch on the course but thanks to the extraordinary assistance from the reprint at the Manor House, the shuttle bus driver and George from the golf shop we managed to get it back before it was dark. The restaurant staff was also exceptional.What a lovely place and lovely people.'

'Lovely clean modern room. Lots of clean fresh towels. Nice thick carpets and so no disturbance from below room. Large shower area with good water pressure. Sadly it had no shelf to put shampoo and shower gel whilst in there. Lovely white cotton bedding. The only minus with the room was that it was very warm, i know its i Wales and not noted for warm weather. A fan in the room would be a good addition just in case any more warm days bless Newport. Breakfast was plentiful and the ladies...
