'The only good thing about this hostel was that it's actually very central in Bayswater. But very difficuly to find when you're first arriving! I must have searched for about half an hour! The staff was friendly, but the state of the place was terrible! There were holes in the carpet in my room, the building is very noisy, I could hear exactly when my upstairs neighbours were moving around in their room (including in the middle of the night). So, I will not be staying here again on my next visit...

'Douche, wc en wastafel zijn op elkaar gepropt in een zeer kleine ruimte met een zeer komvormige vloer voor de afvoer, en de douche moet je met de hand vasthouden. De lakens leken alsof ze al tientallen jaren opnieuw gebruikt werden. Ik had de overige dagen gecanceld, maar ik krijg steeds geen reactie over het geld terug krijgen alleen meldingen dat ze wachten op iemand anders of dat ze terug zouden bellen wat ze niet deden.'

'Je krijgt waar voor je geld...wat..in principe niet veel is. De kamer is klein , de badkamer is smerig , de wc overstroomd bijna iedere dag en het raam op de kamer kon met -5 niet gesloten worden. Het bed werd iedere dag verschoont maar dat was ook het enige , verder had je eigenlijk een bed en niets anders. Het personeel was redelijk maar kwam stug over. //'
