Ontbijt is niet heel uitgebreid maar prima. Alleen jammer dat als je te lang zit in de ontbijtruimte dat je weggestuurd wordt omdat er eigenlijk te weinig plek is in de ruimte voor alle gasten.

Great bed, fantastic pillows, sheets and towels, very dark with excellent blinds at first rate lighting options, excellent service, nice confortable bathroom, with Rain Shower from the ceiling (would be better with walk-in shower rather than bath, but nitpicking there).
Point of improvement would be to make all the buttons less...

'We had the "familyroom" The kitchen was very basic, not enough tools to prepare a proper meal. The bedroom was perfect,quiet,good beds and pillows and an extra flat screen TV. The bathroom had very poorly lightning and no shelfs at all to put your things on, you have to put your stuff on the floor and due to lack of any shower wall the floor got completely soaked and so did our toiletry bags. I liked the 24 our coffee/tea service during our stay'

"For the Beyonce concerts in June I went to this hotel. The room was really nice. The beds was really comfy and I liked the window seat. I had a pleasant stay and it was easy travelling to the hotspurs stadium as well as london city and LCY airport. Staff was nice and very friendly too."

"Het was een aangenaam verblijf voor een paar dagen London. We hebben het hotel vooral geboekt om te slapen, en daar is het perfect voor. De kamer is heel klein, maar superschoon en comfortabel. Heerlijke warme douche en grote handdoeken.
Het ontbijt is eenvoudig, maar lekker en goed verzorgd. Er zijn zelfs vegan en glutenvrije opties. Personeel was heel vriendelijk, al met al een uitstekende ervaring. We komen zeker terug bij een volgend bezoek aan de stad
