'Rooms are old and in need of repair and very dark. Had to ask for extra towels, shampoo and body wash were empty in the showers and had to ask for more (large bottles attached to the wall). They also did not do housekeeping between days (stayed two nights), which is fine other then coffee was not replenished.'

'The property had baseboards removed and wallpaper peeling a bit on the bottom. There was only one small elevator. Under our bed was a bit dirty and I found pills but other than that it seemed to be clean. I’m unsure if they make up the room daily as our was not.'

'Goed verblijf gehad.'

'Clean comfy room Close to airport'

'Excellent place to stay and the shuttle bus is better than taking a Uber to the airport'

'I'm a cleaner, so I see things that people don't necessarily see on the surface, I felt like girls do a great job, I would suggest that they do maybe an inspection once a week or so or maybe even every couple weeks because I did spot a pretty obvious blood stain on the wall but other than that everything was really nice, I would say also maybe get behind the toilets but again I'm a cleaner professionally and I'm looking for things like that. Other than that, clean beds, they offer breakfast...

'The hotel is dated and is under renovation. We were very disappointed in Expedia that this was not noted on the website as we paid a substantial rate for this stay. The positive was that the staff were very apologetic and accommodating.'

'We really like it here , excellent staff always ready to help'

'Room 108 has a very dirty floor, a sticky carpet… and a very bad smell.'

'I always check in late at night, and the same gentleman has been working each time. He is always upbeat and is sure to offer a genuine compliment to each guest, as least the ones I observed. That young man will go places if he keeps that up. The hotel is always spotless, the check in is quick and the breakfast is above average and a true hot breakfast. My only complaint is that I didn’t start staying here sooner, which of course is on me.'
