'we went during a convention and the elevators weren’t working and one of the front staff helped us with our bags up to the 3rd floor !! then when the vending machine ate our change, we got a refund from the front desk !!! awesome. our last night has heavy downpour and again the front gave us garbage bags for shelter. great people working there !!'

'Property was clean, and room was spacious. I fell hard coming off the elevator due to wet floor. The sign should have been visible from the doors (straight ahead) and not to the left where people can’t see the sign until they turn the corner. Not allowed to bring water, but during the adult swim times there were guests drinking wine and other beverages. The hotel staff said the people were charged, but still allowed to drink?'

'The rooms are standard but nice. Comfortable beds, good air conditioning, but basic television on offer. Staff were attentive and the included breakfast was better than expected. The pool, hot tub, and games room are a nice touch.'

'It was dirty everywhere, the shower had no pressure, the tap was rusting shut, it definitely wasn’t worth the money. It is across from the mall so they can charge whatever they want!'
