'The first thing is that the front desk person was friendly and expedient and was just exceptional! The room was great and we had our service animal with us and she put us by a door on the ground so that we would be able to conveniently take her out. Everything worked great and the room was spacious and very clean. The only thing I would say is that the bed seemed a little too soft and maybe the mattress needs to be replaced but overall it was a great stay and we would stay there again.'

'We were denied our check in due to my husband's criminal record and it was almost midnight when we got there. We had to sleep in our car and try to get enough money together to get another room we have never had a problem any where else. I feel like we were discriminated against and our rights were violated. I will never go back again'

'The place was great except for one really important thing. The thermostat in my room had the occupancy sensor enabled during the night. The temperature in the room was fine when going to bed but within the hour it was hot and miserable. I talked to the front desk about the issue and she suggested turning the fan mode to "On." That didn't seem like a great solution but we did it anyway and it didn't fix the issue. The place is probably fine in the winter but if you want to sleep comfortably,...
