'Hot tub was out of order. What is worse, those darn aircon units in the wall beside the bed. Constantly noisy fan and really noisy when the compressor comes on. Makes sleep difficult. '

'Parking was great. Complex great and check in wonderful. Close to fez h and restaurants. Unfortunately the person next to us played jazz music so loud all afternoon and evening and spoke on his phone so loudly for about two hours and you could clearly hear his conversation. We put our tv on louder to drown him out.
Although pool had a sign up no smoking three people were smoking at the pool area. '

'What looked like a great start because we were allowed an early check in, turned upside down when the room assigned had out of order air condition and fridge. Instead of being transfered to another room, a technician was sent to reset both equipments but after one hour they were still not working. We called several times without nobody picking up at front desk. We came down to be assigned a new room but front desk didn't offered any concerned apology or compensation, must likely the lady looked...

'Front desk did not answer the phone. Pillows thrown at the bottom of the bed- no pillow cases on them. A pair of socks had been left on a shelf. Shampoo and lotion pumps almost empty. No hot water- barely warm in the shower. Of the 3 front desk employees we had contact with, only one was pleasant. Need to get their act together.'

'Breakfast very limited. Free breakfast at Hampton 's much better selection. Prices not reasonable, $2.00 for a banana, orange or apple. For the price of the accomodations, housekeeping should be there every day, not every other day. Will not stay there again.'
