'The pull out sofa bed was awful - could feel every spring in the mattress and the entire frame was tilted so that the feet were higher than the head. The room was clean except the pull out bedding was dirty. Lighting in room was extremely dim and insufficient. Front desk service + cleanliness of main entry, lobby areas was excellent. The gym was very nice. '
