Even though the room was not ready for 4 people, the housekeeping staff were very quick and considerate in providing us with additional towels and blankets. The hotel is quite modern and very clean. 'The “King Parlour” room on the 3rd floor and the communal lounge on the 2nd floor were exceptionally clean and spacious. The walls are surprisingly thin: we heard the phone conversations and blaring TV (all night!) from the adjacent room. Perhaps a strategically placed armoire could muffle the sound? Being located in the city center comes with the Pros of a walkable location and the Cons of drug users nearby. Overall a positive stay and we’d consider staying here again. '

'felt bad for the staff at the front desk as they had hiuse keeping. there are 17 checking before us. g issues and the rooms weren’t ready . They handled it with the utmost professionalism . sometimes we all need to utilize patience!! grest job to the staff. !'
