'Incredible location, top quality service, really feel welcomed! Most ameneties were closed and no entertainment or activities, but tonnes to do in the local area. Rooms are much smaller than anticipated and the TV's are likely haunted or dont work, but still very nice. Again when staying that central, its not much of a deal breaker. Food is delicious, but verrrry expensive. Shout out to the valet staff, its worth every penny!'

'The lanai wasn’t the same one from the picture, and neither was the bathroom. Our lanai was dirty and covered in bird crap. I had to clean out the drawers myself before we put our items in, they had crap in it. We didn’t get what was shown to us, nor what we paid for. If I personally pick the room, and every different room options has pictures attached to it, I expect to get what I chose. And we didn’t. It was extremely disappointing. 'Perfect location. Rooms are dated. I don’t like it when they say that your room is available but because its a few hours to early (because of an early flight) you have to pay 25 dollar extra. Room was not clean (empty packaging latex contraceptives) behind the bed. Als in tower 3 there was somebody “welcomes” you with a wheel you can turn to win a 120 minutes time share meeting…..'

'Lovely hotel unique and very good staff
The only recommendations are that they have to give hotel guests prefference in one of the restaurants and make up the beds every day and close the corridor for people who are not staying in the hotel. Very noisy in the corridors in the evening '
